Forest Therapy, also known as Shinrin Yoku, is an ecotherapy that focuses on the therapeutic and holistic benefits of time spent with nature. Through sensory awakening meditation and intentional slowing down we can connect with ourselves and nature, and experience the healing benefits that come from this connection.
